CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 319(L&C)(ct rls fld) An Act relating                    
to arbitration; and providing for an effective date, which had been            
held from the April 21 calendar with a motion pending to rescind               
previous action in failing to adopt the Court Rule changes  (page              
3419), was before the Senate.                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
allowed to withdraw his motion. Without objection, the motion was              
withdrawn.                                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in           
passing CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 319(L&C). Without objection,                    
the Senate rescinded its previous action.
